Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at age 16 when she stopped the sport of gymnastics. Her Professional Card was awarded a year later, at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She first began to participate in fitness shows after giving up her childhood career in gymnastics. In the span of a year, she obtained her professional license when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her college education. She came back in 2015 and picked up the point where she had left participating in some of the most prestigious contests such as that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her win in her first contest She continued to compete for several years setting new goals. For 2009 alone, 4 new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel spent her first six years of contest to earn her degree from the college she attended. In the month of October, 2015 Ariel made her return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the contest. In the summer of 2016, she won at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in The Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled of her 6th position at the level of Fitness, despite being completely unprepared. This is not a surprise since she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs with a single arm using a pull-up machine, and sitting rows. Ariel usually starts warming up and then proceeds on to the sets for working. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way feasible. How she does this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. Four or three supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
