Summer glau

The success of Firefly is partly due to the fact she was the lead actress in Whedon's subsequent TV series, Firefly. Summer Glau was very good at handling the complex role of River Tam. In the role of Tam she was required to participate in government research where she was made to become an ideal assassin. In the end, the capacity of Tam to regulate her emotions was taken away from her. The show Firefly Glau was able to show off not just her acting skills but also her skills in fighting. Glau was able to fully exploit her athletic talent as she trained to become an assassin. Summer Glau's classical training has made her a skilled ballerina. She's also trained in flamenco and tango, however an injury to her foot put an end to her dancing career. Firefly was on only for the duration of one episode, but had a large fanbase. Fans of Whedon's were so enthusiastic, Whedon returned to it after two years. In the meantime though, Summer Glau continued to get some quality work. Summer Glau appeared in TV series like Cold Case, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
